Content Lead #удаленка #lead Company: Xava Labs Salary: $36k - $48k 🔹What you’ll do: -Quickly become an expert in AI tools for content (writing, video and images), and how you can leverage them to have a massive impact with a small team -Use AI tools to draft & design, while bringing the human touch, and Web3/AI cultural knowhow that brings our content to life -Craft threads, articles, explainers, videos, memes, and updates that deeply resonate with Web3 & AI communities -Track all your efforts carefully, and offer your analysis on how each piece of content performs 🔹What we’re looking for: -Strong writing + editing skills -Deep feel for Web3 culture and AI trends -Comfort with working fast, experimenting, and iterating -Competitive nature in improving engagement KPIs (retention, interactions, session time) -3–5 years in content, editorial, or community roles (Web3, AI, or tech strongly preferred). -Strong portfolio of writing (threads, blogs, explainers, or thought leadership). -Deep familiarity with crypto culture and AI discourse — you understand the memes, the narratives, and the signals. -Bonus: experience using AI content tools (text, image, audio/video).
