Responsibilities: - Handling customer requests via tickets and chat (in Russian & English); - Coordinating contracts and invoicing; - Working with billing systems and CRM; - Updating internal documentation. Requirements: - 3+ years in customer support or sales; - Good communication skills; - English — Intermediate or higher; - Customer focus and interest in IT. Nice to have: - Knowledge of hosting technologies; - Linux user experience.
