Full Stack Developer Senior On-site

We're looking for a skilled and proactive Full Stack Developer (5+ years of experience) to join our tight-knit, international team. As a Full Stack Developer, you will play a key role in building and scaling our product, working closely with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality solutions. What you'll do: Develop, and maintain robust and scalable mobile and web applications using Flutter and Node.js. Design, implement, and optimize database schemas and queries, primarily using PostgreSQL and SQL. Collaborate with product managers, other developers, and 3rd parties to integrate systems and deliver end-to-end features. Take ownership of features from conception to deployment, ensuring system reliability and performance. Contribute to architectural decisions and help shape the future of our technology stack. What we are looking for: Must have 5+ years of overall software development experience. Strong proficiency in Flutter is a must, and he needs to have additionally or Node or React (one of them with Flutter)(2-3 years of experience). Strong proficiency in Node.js (2-3 years of experience) is a must. Solid experience with relational databases, particularly PostgreSQL and strong SQL skills. Proven system understanding, independence, and excellent teamwork abilities. Strong communication skills in English. A mindset that matches our collaborative and dynamic team culture.
