The role You will be working on developing a video translation tool (and more) that heavily relies on AI components. Our scope of work is broad, ranging from building user and project management interfaces to developing a video translation editor, which requires seamless interaction with video and audio directly in the client application. We are looking for a strong Full Stack Engineer with a product mindset, empathy for users, the ability to take responsibility for individual tasks, and leadership in solving complex problems. A colleague who loves their work — creating amazing products. What we expect from you: • A genuine passion for your work and an understanding of what makes a high-quality product for people, as opposed to a quickly thrown-together “knockoff.” • The ability to effectively develop both prototypes and production-ready components with high quality. • A conscious and responsible approach to work: we are a small team with no dedicated testers (and ideally, we believe we shouldn’t need them), so your code should be reliable from the start. However, we don’t condemn mistakes — we see them as opportunities to learn. • Sufficient experience in software development to be fully reliable in delivering any feature —from designing its architecture to deploying the final code — ensuring quality and maintainability at every step. Bonus points if you: • developed online audio/video/photo editors • worked in a related field, such as working with audio/video or translation. • have experience with AWS and application deployment.
