What are you expected to do? 🔹 Build and refine features in our React Native app (currently migrating to **Expo**). 🔹 Own projects end-to-end—from discovery through to deployment—with autonomy and accountability. 🔹 Collaborate cross-functionally with product and design on user-facing features. 🔹 Work with backend engineers to integrate APIs, ensure performance, and debug issues. 🔹 Bring structure to evolving processes by improving code quality, CI/CD, testing practices, and dev tools. 🔹 Contribute to our engineering culture of ownership, growth, and iteration. Support initiatives around observability, debugging, and foundational tech as we scale. What do we expect from you? 🔹 5+ years of professional experience with React Native and TypeScript. 🔹 Strong understanding of Expo and Expo Router. 🔹 Experience with Zustand, React Query, or similar modern state management libraries. 🔹 Comfortable working with REST APIs and integrating third-party services (e.g., OpenAI API). 🔹 Familiarity with monorepo architectures and code sharing between projects. 🔹 Knowledge of deep linking and navigation patterns in React Native. 🔹 Clean, maintainable code practices and strong communication skills Nice to Have 🔹 Experience setting up or optimizing WebSocket communication. 🔹 Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines for React Native apps. 🔹 Contribution to open-source React Native or Expo projects. 🔹 Experience with building native modules + SSO Amazon + Expo MCP experience, react server components. 📨 @DaryaHaluzo
