Someone who enjoys communicating with people, working in a team – and at the same time can tackle tasks independently. 🚀 Are You a Good Fit? - 2+ years of experience as a Business Analyst. - Ability to structure information and write clear, logical requirements. - Experience with third-party integrations and understanding of APIs (REST, JSON, specifications, request/response structures). - Process visualization skills (BPMN / UML). - Ability to gather and formalize requirements from incomplete or unstructured input, ask the “uncomfortable” questions, and see connections between tasks. - Flexibility in communication with different roles (development, product, marketing, management). - Proficiency with tools: Jira / Confluence / Miro / Figma / Postman, etc. - Familiarity with Agile / Scrum practices: sprints, task management, team collaboration. - English proficiency (B1–B2+) for reading technical documentation and written communication. 💼 What Will You Do? - Collecting and clarifying business and functional requirements from stakeholders. - Preparing detailed requirements for development: specifications, interaction diagrams, acceptance criteria. - Analyzing current processes, proposing target scenarios, and identifying optimization opportunities. - Participating in the development and support of third-party integrations. - Collaborating with developers, QA, designers, product managers, and other roles. - Reviewing implemented functionality for compliance with requirements and participating in UAT. - Updating and maintaining up-to-date analytical documentation in Confluence. 📩 Apply via TG @NikaShmn
