Social Media Manager Crypto #удаленка Company: TheSoul Group Salary: $84k - $110k estimated 🔹Responsibilities: -Manage and grow clients’ social media accounts across multiple platforms. -Research and follow industry trends, news, and viral formats to keep content relevant. -Create, schedule, and publish engaging posts - including copy, visuals, and short videos (in collaboration with the design team). -Propose fresh ideas and campaign concepts to boost engagement and brand awareness. -Monitor performance metrics, prepare concise reports, and optimize content accordingly. -Engage with online communities, respond to comments -and messages, and maintain the brand’s tone of voice. -Collaborate with clients and internal teams to align on strategy and content calendar. -Ensure brand consistency across all social media touchpoints. 🔹Requirements -2+ years of experience managing social media accounts. -Experience working with external clients (including various brands), ideally in an agency format. -Strong content creation skills, including copywriting experience, basic design knowledge. -Trend awareness and multi-platform SMM expertise. -Solid understanding of social media metrics, platform-specific differences, and how to tailor content accordingly. -Experience managing social media for crypto projects or strong knowledge of the crypto industry is a must. -Familiarity with crypto culture and the ability to react quickly to trends. -Upper-Intermediate or higher level of English - you’ll be communicating with a global audience. -Personal traits: creative, self-driven, organized, and responsive; attentive to detail, adaptable, with a structured mindset. -Ability to work according to Central European Time (CET).
