About the Role
Vallettasoftware - custom mobile/web software developer in the US and Europe. Our teams implement IT projects of varying complexity, including website and mobile app development, enterprise systems, and solutions based on artificial intelligence and machine learning (AI/ML).
The Lead Generation specialist will search for potential clients, establish initial contact, conduct initial qualification, and schedule meetings for the sales team.
Key Responsibilities
-Lead Prospecting: Identifying and sourcing potential leads through LinkedIn, email campaigns, internal databases, specialized platforms, and job boards.
-Outreach: Executing outbound outreach strategies via cold emailing, and direct messaging (LinkedIn, Email, Telegram).
-Lead Qualification: Assessing and qualifying prospects to determine their potential fit and interest.
-Sales Support: Scheduling meetings and demos for the our sales team.
-Process Optimization: Testing outreach scripts, analyzing performance metrics (response rates, conversion rates), and contributing to the continuous improvement of the sales development process.
🚀 Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in a Lead Generationтor SDR.
- English proficiency at C1 level or higher (native preferred), both spoken and written, is mandatory.
- Knowledge of or strong interest in the IT industry, with an understanding of basic terms (e.g., frontend, backend, outsourcing, MVP).
- Readiness for routine tasks, handling rejection, and testing new outreach hypotheses.
