Customer Support Specialist #удаленка Company: Crypto Bot Salary: $63k - $96k estimated 🔹What youʼll be working on: -Handle user inquiries in CRM system clearly, politely, and efficiently. -Resolve issues independently or escalate to product, development or compliance teams when needed. -Spot patterns in user problems and suggest improvements to internal processes and the knowledge base. -Identify and escalate any suspicious activity to the compliance department for further investigation. -Participate in developing the knowledge base (instructions, regulations, rules). -Keep up with platform updates and learn new product features as theyʼre released. -Contribute to internal documentation and help improve onboarding for new team members. 🔹What we expect from the candidate: -Fluent Russian. -Minimum of 1 year of experience in customer service, preferably within the crypto, finance, or e commerce industries. -Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a keen attention to detail. -Demonstrate honesty, integrity, and a proactive approach to problem-solving. -Ability to stay calm under pressure and handle challenging users respectfully. -Capable of processing up to 150 tickets per day without compromising quality. -Willingness to work 5/2, preferably in the afternoon or evening (CET).
