Middle UX/UI Designer 📍 Location: Minsk, Office 💬 English: B2+ About the Role We’re searching for a Middle UX/UI Designer who can turn ideas into intuitive, engaging, and visually polished digital experiences. You’ll work closely with product managers and developers to craft user-centered designs for both web and mobile products. ✨ Responsibilities 🎨 Design user interfaces and experiences from initial concept to final implementation. 🧩 Create wireframes, user flows, prototypes, and high-fidelity layouts. 🔍 Conduct UX research, usability tests, and user interviews. 🤝 Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance and refine the user journey. 📐 Maintain design systems and ensure consistency across all platforms. Requirements 📌 2+ years of commercial experience in UX/UI design. 📁 A strong portfolio featuring web and/or mobile projects. 🛠️ Proficiency in Figma (Sketch/Adobe 😆 is a bonus). 🔎 Solid understanding of UX principles, responsive design, and accessibility. 🌍 English level B2+ (comfortable communicating in an international environment). Nice to Have ⚙️ Experience working within agile teams. 🌐 Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS or developer-oriented design. 🎞️ Skills in motion design or illustration.
