Responsibilities: 🔸Develop and implement digital marketing strategies to increase website traffic and user engagement. 🔸Manage and optimize performance marketing campaigns (Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn, etc.). 🔸Plan and execute SEO and content marketing initiatives to improve search visibility. 🔸Run and optimize email and CRM campaigns for retention and upsell. 🔸Monitor, analyze, and report on campaign performance using analytics tools. 🔸Collaborate with product and design teams to align marketing initiatives with website improvements. 🔸Stay up to date with industry trends and competitors' activities. Requirements: 🔸5+ years of experience in digital marketing. 🔸Hands-on experience with performance marketing (PPC, paid social, display). 🔸Strong knowledge of SEO and web analytics tools (Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, Yandex.Metrica, etc.). 🔸Experience with CRM/email platforms (HubSpot, Mailchimp, etc.). 🔸Ability to work with budgets, optimize ROI, and reduce CAC. 🔸Strong analytical and communication skills.
