Responsibilities: 🔸Lead, mentor, and manage acquisition team of 3-5 people. 🔸Participate in development and control implementation of SEO strategy. 🔸Analyze performance and prepare performance reports for stakeholders. 🔸Monitor KPIs, identify red flags, suggest improvements to existing processes. 🔸Stay updated on the latest trends and innovations in digital marketing. 🔸Control budgets efficiently ensuring cost-effective performance. 🔸Communicate with direct superior, internal clients, and stakeholders on SEO strategy. Requirements: 🔸5+ years of Digital Marketing (SEO focus). 🔸3+ years of successful team management (3+ people). 🔸Strong leadership and team management skills. 🔸Excellent analytical and data-driven decision-making abilities. 🔸Excellent knowledge of Digital Marketing Acquisition Channels (PPC, SEO, etc.). 🔸Familiarity with Marketing Analytics tools (GA4, Google Tag Manager, Looker Studio). 🔸Advanced English communication skills (both written and spoken). 🔸Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
