This role goes far beyond routine infrastructure support, it’s about owning production stability, scaling high-load systems, and ensuring reliability for a real financial product with real users and real assets on-chain. Salary: 6000-8000$ NET. Format: Remote, full-time. About the role: A premium crypto neobank built on Solana, offering the world’s first debit + credit card fully backed by on-chain assets. The platform enables users to spend crypto without selling it, unlock credit limits backed by their tokens, activate Borrow Mode, earn via a savings hub, and upgrade to premium memberships (Silver, Gold, Platinum). The infrastructure supports high-load financial flows, real-time blockchain data, and strict uptime requirements. You’ll work closely with backend and product teams to build and operate a cloud platform capable of reliably serving tens of thousands of users. We’re looking for a DevOps engineer who treats infrastructure as a product, not just servers to maintain. Key Responsibilities: • Design and own AWS-based cloud infrastructure • Operate and scale production Kubernetes clusters • Ensure high availability, fault tolerance, and disaster recovery • Stabilize infrastructure and eliminate recurring production issues • Reduce incidents through automation, observability, and processes • Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines • Implement monitoring, logging, and alerting systems • Lead incident response and root cause analysis • Improve infrastructure security and access control • Optimize performance and cloud costs • Collaborate with backend, product, and blockchain teams Key Qualifications: • 8+ years of hands-on DevOps / SRE experience • Strong production experience with AWS • Deep hands-on expertise with Kubernetes • Deep knowledge of Python programming • Proven experience operating high-load systems • Strong understanding of cloud security and networking • Ability to make infrastructure and architectural decisions • Strong ownership mindset and responsibility for production reliability • Experience working with financial or transaction-heavy systems • Understanding of uptime, latency, and reliability requirements • Experience handling traffic spikes and peak loads Nice to Have: • Experience in fintech or iGaming • Experience with payment systems or trading platforms • Experience with zero-downtime deployments • SRE or platform engineering background • Experience supporting Web3 or blockchain infrastructure Benefits: • High-impact role in a production fintech/Web3 product • Ownership over infrastructure architecture and reliability • Influence on operational standards and DevOps processes • Fully remote and flexible work environment Company: CreateIT (https://createit.one/) Contact Information: @snegurooos
