You’ll play a key role in shaping product features, improving architecture, and helping scale our platform. Responsibilities • Build and maintain web applications using React • Develop and support mobile applications using React Native (iOS & Android) • Work closely with backend services powered by PostgreSQL and hosted on AWS • Design reusable components and shared UI patterns • Improve performance, reliability, and maintainability • Participate in architectural discussions and technical decision-making • Review code and help raise engineering standards • Collaborate closely with product and design teams Required Qualifications • 4+ years of professional software development experience • Strong experience with React and JavaScript/TypeScript • Production experience with React Native • Experience integrating with RESTful APIs • Solid working knowledge of PostgreSQL • Experience deploying or supporting applications on AWS • Comfortable working in a fast-paced startup environment • Strong communication and problem-solving skills Nice to Have • Backend experience with Node.js or similar frameworks • Familiarity with AWS services such as RDS, S3, ECS, Lambda, or CloudFront • Experience with monorepos or shared component libraries • Experience mentoring other engineers Company Name: RDM Group Employment: remote, full-time Monthly average salary: 4000-6000$ Contacts: https://t.me/rdmgroupfzco
