#vacancy #fulltime #openposition #job #itcareer #itjob Looking for a Senior Tech Lead (Python/React) Location: EU only Employment Type: full time. longterm English: B2 Contact: @svidinskaya Senior Tech Lead Tech Lead (AI-First, Hands-On) English Level: Minimum B2 Core Requirements: • 5+ years of software development experience (SaaS / product environment preferred) • Strong hands-on coding background (daily development involvement) • Strong expertise in Python / Django (backend architecture) • Solid production experience with AI, including: LLM integration and orchestration AI agents / agentic systems Advanced use of AI APIs (OpenAI, Hugging Face, etc.) • Experience with data architecture and pipelines • Cloud experience (GCP preferred; scalability and migration) • Understanding of performance, security and scalable systems • Experience with testing, CI/CD and monitoring best practices Current Tech Stack: Backend: Python / Django Frontend: React / Next.js Hosting: Heroku (migration to GCP planned) Storage: Google Cloud Storage AI: OpenAI API Monitoring: Sentry Role Focus (Next 6–12 Months) Deployment of personalized AI agents at scale Strengthening data & AI architecture Refactoring and improving existing features Supporting and scaling a 5–6 person tech team
