Position: 3D Generalist Salary: $1,200 – $1,700+ per month Stratose Media Company is looking for a 3D Animator / Generalist to join our American YouTube Channel. About the Project: A faceless YouTube channel producing short-form series about superpowers, superheroes/supervillains, and how legendary weapons work. Our team has already generated 150M+ views on TikTok, and we are now launching a new YouTube brand focused on the science, mechanics, and storytelling behind powers and abilities. Our goal is to scale the channel to 1 million+ subscribers and over 1 billion views in its first year. If you’re the type of person who watches Marvel, DC, or anime, reads comics or manga, or enjoys thinking about how different powers and abilities actually work, this role isn’t a job, it’s a high-paying hobby where you get to create content about the things you already love. What You’ll Do: Create engaging 3D mini-documentaries (15–35 seconds) about superpowers and characters in Marvel, DC, TV shows and Anime. Handle the full pipeline: modeling, texturing, lighting, camera movement. Develop a strong visual style inspired by Art of War, Zack D Films and Rom.
