Position: 3D Generalist Salary: $1,200 – $1,500+ per month Format: Remote | Full-time About the Project: The Gentle Art is looking for a 3D Generalist to help build and grow something uniquely exciting from the ground up. We are a new American YouTube Shorts channel telling stories about combat sports, street fights, fight mechanics, and martial arts through cinematic 3D animation — think Art of War meets Zack D Films, but built around the fight world. Our goal is to grow our brand and scale past 1 million subscribers in the first year! What You’ll Do: — Create engaging 3D mini-documentaries (15–35 seconds long) — Handle the full pipeline: modeling, texturing, lighting, camera movement. Sound design a plus. — Develop and refine our visual identity, taking inspiration from Art of War, Zack D Films, and Wholesome Wendy • What We’re Looking For: ✓ Experienced portfolio of dynamic 3D animations ✓ Solid background in Blender, Unreal Engine (or Maya / Cinema4D) ✓ Strong understanding of composition, pacing, and audience attention flow.
