Он уже помогает 15,000 пациентам с хроническими заболеваниями лучше ориентироваться в лечении: объясняет терапию, напоминает о приеме лекарств, помогает разобраться с оборудованием и страховыми вопросами Локация: Мюнхен, Германия Формат: гибрид или офис (обсуждаемо) Зарплата: €10,000 + опционы (в месяц на руки) Релокация: готовы помочь в релокации из Европы Responsibilities Own the evolution and scaling of our HIPAA-compliant backend infrastructure Build infrastructure to support conversational AI in production Design and implement performant APIs and services Improve reliability and observability through monitoring and alerting Set patterns and standards that other engineers will build on Work closely with clinical and customer-facing teams to understand real patient needs Ship pragmatic solutions quickly, then iterate based on real-world feedback Tech stack: PostgreSQL, Python, FastAPI, GCP, Terraform, Temporal, Langfuse Your background looks something like: Engineering experience in tech and product-driven environments Strong proficiency in Python, with production experience Designed event-driven or workflow-based architectures Hands-on experience with cloud infrastructure and infrastructure as code (we build on GCP using Terraform) Deep knowledge of relational databases (we use PostgreSQL) Familiarity with serverless architectures Solid understanding of security best practices and performance optimization As a person, you’re: Are first and foremost a builder Are excited to work in-person from our office in Munich or Boston (most of the time) Communicate clearly and thrive in a fast-paced, hybrid/remote startup team Value working with people who are kind, ambitious, and pragmatic Have an interest in infrastructure for AI/ML (direct experience is a bonus, but not required) Bonus points Experience with healthcare, digital health, or regulated environments Experience with Voice AI / Conversational AI tech Passion for sleep science, digital health, or behavioral change Откликнуться @hr_path
