Golang stack: Go, Kubernetes, Docker, gRPC, Kafka, PostgreSQL/Spanner, CI/CD, pprof.
Technical:
• 3+ years with Golang (production)
• Kubernetes, Docker, CI/CD
• gRPC, Kafka
• PostgreSQL / Spanner (design, optimization)
• Profiling & benchmarking (pprof)
• Automation (cron jobs, retries, monitoring)
• API docs writing
• English: Upper-Intermediate+
Soft skills:
• Strong problem-solving
• Proactive & detail-oriented
• Team player, self-driven
Experience:
• High-load distributed systems
• Microservices (from scratch to prod)
• Cross-functional teamwork
• Debugging & optimization in real-time systems
• ERP — a plus
