О проекте
Мы — динамично развивающаяся команда, ориентированная на внедрение современных подходов к управлению проектами и развитию сотрудников. Мы ищем AI Harness Engineer — инженера, который будет строить и развивать production-среду для LLM-агентов, skills, plugins и orchestration-фреймворков. Это роль на стыке LLM engineering, agent orchestration, platform engineering и Python backend development.
✔️Основные задачи
— Развивать AI harness / runtime layer для запуска и управления LLM-агентами.
— Интегрировать и оптимизировать SOTA LLM в production.
— Работать с фреймворками оркестрации, включая Multica, Paperclip, Symphony.
— Подключать и сопровождать SOTA skills & plugins, включая RTK, GitNexus и другие.
— Разрабатывать Python-сервисы и библиотеки для tool calling, execution pipelines, memory/context handling, logging, evaluation.
— Строить observability, guardrails, reliability и безопасное исполнение AI-агентов.
— Интегрировать AI-компоненты с внутренними системами и платформами Биржи.
✔️Требования
— Сильный Python background: backend-разработка, API-интеграции, асинхронность, тестирование, production practices. — Обязательное знание SOTA LLM: современные модели, tool/function calling, reasoning workflows, context management, cost/quality trade-offs. — Практический опыт работы с agent orchestration frameworks, включая Multica, Paperclip, Symphony.
— Знание SOTA skills & plugins, включая RTK, GitNexus и другие современные tool ecosystems.
— Опыт создания production-grade AI/LLM systems.
— Понимание reliability, observability, security и evaluation для AI-решений.
— Умение писать чистый, поддерживаемый и надёжный код.
✔️Будет плюсом:
— Опыт с LLMOps / MLOps / platform engineering.
— Опыт создания AI SDK, agent platforms или execution layers.
— Опыт с Kubernetes, CI/CD, observability stack.
— Опыт работы в финтехе или высоконагруженной enterprise-среде.
