Fast, proactive, execution-driven. Your job is not to manage tasks – but to figure out what works and make it happen. What you bring: - 2–5 years in Product / BA / Consulting - B2B mindset (experience is a plus) - English B2+ (must) - Polish – strong advantage - Hands-on with AI tools for prototyping & hypothesis testing - Ability to run multiple initiatives in parallel - Strong ownership and execution skills What you'll do: - Discover and validate revenue-generating product opportunities - Talk to clients, uncover real needs, test ideas fast - Package internal expertise into simple, sellable offerings - Join client calls, ask the right questions, support pre-sales - Drive initiatives end‑to‑end – from idea to outcome - Focus on metrics, feedback, and fast learning What We Offer: Opportunity to shape a new productized direction inside a growing technology company.
