Key Responsibilities: - Knowledge Structuring & Management - Systematize experience and information across completed and ongoing logistics projects. Build a knowledge base to support pre-sales and active project work. - Pre-Sales & Client Engagement - Participate in developing proposals for new clients. Present solutions based on company expertise. Collaborate with potential clients to understand their needs and offer optimal solutions. - Requirements Documentation - Elicit, document, and manage client requirements. Maintain backlog and ensure documentation stays up-to-date. - Process Optimization - Analyze clients' logistics processes and propose effective, experience-driven improvements. - Quality Assurance - Ensure implemented solutions meet client requirements and maintain high quality standards. - Adaptability - Respond quickly to project changes. Adjust processes and documentation as needed.
