📘 About the Project:
We're building a smart building and IoT platform that integrates data from sensors, management systems, and third-party sources into one dashboard, helping organizations optimize energy use, air quality, occupancy, and workspace efficiency.
🔧 Responsibilities:
• Gather and document business requirements
• Collaborate with stakeholders to define solutions
• Work with designers on UX/UI implementation
• Create user stories, use cases, and acceptance criteria
• Prepare tasks for the development team
• Contribute to solution design and IoT integrations
• Analyze key metrics (energy, occupancy, air quality)
• Support development throughout implementation
• Ensure solutions meet business needs
📝 Requirements:
• 4+ years of experience as a Business Analyst or System Analyst
• Experience with data-driven products or analytics platforms
• Basic understanding of IoT ecosystems (sensors, devices, protocols)
• Experience with APIs, integrations, and microservices architecture
• Ability to work with data (SQL or basic analytics skills)
• Experience with process modeling (BPMN, UML, data flow diagrams)
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments
• English level: B2 or higher
