Development on a new product across Android, iOS and WebGL. 📝 You'll: • Lead and mentor a team of client-side developers — managerially and technically. • Define client-side feature interfaces alongside the backend architect. • Build and optimize features for performance across all supported devices. • Integrate native plugins (rewarded video, analytics, crash reporting). 📌 You bring: • 5+ years in software development, 2+ years managing developers. • Strong C# and 2+ years of Unity on mobile (scripting APIs, 2D tools, UI, animations). • Multithreading, client-server communication, OOP and design patterns. ‼️ Strong plus: you come with your own team — developers who already work well together and want to move with you. 🤝 Interested?
