🚀 We’re looking for a Recruiter (full‑cycle) to join our team!
Hi, colleagues! If you can find diamonds in the rough and close vacancies faster than we launch a new offer – we’re on the same page.
🌍 Work format: remote.
❗ English level: B1+/B2.
What you need to know and be able to do:
✅ Full‑cycle recruitment experience: 3+ years
✅ Experience closing roles in advertising / marketing (Media Buyers, SEO, SMM, Linkbuilder, Affiliate Manager, PPC, Content Manager, Influencer Marketing, Email Marketing, and others)
✅ Write outreach messages that make candidates want to talk right now (not “send my resume just in case”)
✅ Build a sourcing strategy for each vacancy and quickly change the approach if the funnel slows down
✅ Work fluently with job boards, social media, Telegram, LinkedIn, and other channels
✅ Keep candidates tracked in CRM/ATS and never lose a single contact
✅ Communicate clearly and structured both in writing and verbally
✅ Negotiate, handle objections, and stay results‑oriented
✅ Not afraid of multitasking and deadlines
✅ Want to grow, test new tools, and improve processes
